It's Dani here...just writing to kinda give an update on how the first two days have gone...so far so good! :) We started Monday with weighing in and getting measured and taking a few pics and a video (posted below)...Anyways..So after we did all that I just walked a couple miles to get me a little warmed up for the Fitness Boot Camp that is being offered at the gym on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday..which by the way...is open to the public..we have already done the first two work outs but you can join us on Thursday and all three days next week, as it is just a free two week program.
So the Boot Camp was definitely a workout...I was exhausted that night...after having worked all day and then doing that...but I will tell you it was definitely do-able. So then today I had a great workout with My trainer (Lynn Brannon) and did the boot camp tonight as well. With Mrs. Lynn we did several arm exercises with some of the weight machines and I did some cardio on the treadmill for about 20 mins. and then the class tonight. I am here to tell you that every muscle in my body has been worked today and I am sore! :) But it's all good....because as a very good friend of mine says.. "Pain is just weakness leaving the body"!! So...onward I march towards my goal of a healthy body and a lifestyle! So...please join me on this journey!! :)

And of course here on the blog! I am going to try and update as much as possible and we are also going to try and post a video every week of how things are going! We are currently figuring a few things out with our twitter..so for the moment there may not be many updates..but there will be more soon! So I am now going to go to bed and leave ya'll with this video we made the other day...with the next post I will try to put some of the pics from Monday on that post. I will also be updating my Bio so stay tuned to learn more about who I am and what I like to do!
